Change in Capital Structure means a change in the capital structure of the Company as a result of issue of bonus or rights shares, reclassification of Shares, splitting up of the face value of Shares, sub-division of Shares, conversion of Shares into other Shares or securities and any other change in the rights or obligations in respect of Shares.
