Change Name. Change Borrower's name, FEIN, corporate structure (within the meaning of Section 9402(7) of the Code), or identity, or add any new fictitious name.

Change Borrower's name, FEIN, corporate structure, or identity, or add any new fictitious name; provided, however, that Borrower may change its name upon at least 30 days prior written notice to Lender of such change and so long as, at the time of such written notification, Borrower provides any financing statements or fixture filings necessary to perfect and continue perfected the Lender's Liens.
