Change Plan definition

Change Plan has the meaning set out in clause 8.6.
Change Plan page has a simple “Please cancel my account” link. This is the only valid way to close an account. Any emails received by a User to request a cancellation of their account will not be processed. There is no cancellation fee and no refund on any canceled Service accounts being canceled prior to the end of the annual subscription paid for. Once a User initiates the cancellation of their account, it’s immediately canceled and all content will be deleted within 30 days. EZGovOpps may terminate Services, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate any User account for any reason EZGovOpps sees fit. In the event of termination, the account will be disabled and access may not granted to your account, files or other content contained in the account although remaining copies may remain in our system of a Users Data.
