Change Request definition

Change Request means a change request made in accordance with Section 4 below and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.
Change Request means any changes in the Cloud Service as described in a written document signed by the parties and referencing the applicable Order Form.
Change Request has the meaning given in Section 2.6.

Examples of Change Request in a sentence

  • A fully executed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form will become an amendment to this Contract and will be incorporated by reference.

  • All requests must be made in writing by submitting a signed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form to the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator.

  • Keep in mind that reasonable price and product adjustments can be made during the term of an awarded Contract as described in the RFP, the template Contract, and the Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form.
