Change Requirements definition

Change Requirements has the meaning given to it in Clause 9.2.1. Clearances means all rights, licences, permissions, consents, registrations and other clearances required: (a) to enable Xplor to provide the Services and the Solution; and
Change Requirements has the meaning given to it in Clause 8.2.1.

Examples of Change Requirements in a sentence

  • Co-operation of the Authority The Authority will co-operate with the Contractor in relation to any High Value Change Stage 2 Submission being developed by the Contractor, including (without limitation) promptly providing: written confirmation of the Target Cost and/or High Value Change Requirements or any change to such Target Cost and/or High Value Change Requirements; and any information reasonably required by the Contractor to enable it to satisfy the requirements of paragraph 4.3 of this Part 4.

  • Column Change Requirements to move over to the right one (1) column in the same row: The teacher: (a) does not receive an "ineffective" or "improvement necessary" evaluation rating for the preceding school year and (b) completes a master's degree.

  • Row Change Requirements to move down one (1) row within the same column: The teacher does not receive an "ineffective" or "improvement necessary" evaluation rating for the preceding school year.

  • Lessor guarantees to Lessee the Building Change Requirements work against defective design, workmanship and materials, latent or otherwise, for a period of one (1) year from the Lease Commencement Date (the “Warranty Period”), if work is performed by Lessor.

  • It is agreed that, among the modifications which shall be deemed reasonable, are modifications to the subordination and attornment provisions of this Lease, modifications to the notice provisions of this Lease, modifications to the provisions of this Lease which permit the lender to cure any defaults by Landlord, and modifications to the provisions which grant additional time to cure as may be reasonably required by the lender.

  • The Authority will co-operate with Project Co in relation to any High Value Change Stage 2 Submission being developed by Project Co, including (without limitation) promptly providing: written confirmation of the Target Cost and/or High Value Change Requirements and any change to such Target Cost and/or High Value Change Requirements; and any information reasonably required by Project Co to enable it to satisfy the requirements of paragraph 276.3 of this Section 4 (High Value Changes).

  • Lessor shall substantially complete the Building Change Requirements by November 15, 2020.

  • Prior to completion of the Building Change Requirements (defined herein) and upon the Lease and Addendum being fully executed, appropriate damage deposit received, Lessee has provided proof that the utilities have been transferred, proof insurance has been secured with a copy of the insurance policy and certificate of insurance naming Lessor as additional insured, the Lessee may occupy the facility pre-term rent free for five (5) months (“Early Occupancy”) beginning September 1, 2020.

  • The Overall Floor Plan and Office Plan sketches attached to the Lease as Exhibit D provide further details regarding the location and scope of Building Change Requirements.

Related to Change Requirements

  • Insurance Requirements means, collectively, all provisions of the Insurance Policies, all requirements of the issuer of any of the Insurance Policies and all orders, rules, regulations and any other requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters (or any other body exercising similar functions) binding upon each Loan Party which is an owner of Mortgaged Property and applicable to the Mortgaged Property or any use or condition thereof.
