Examples of Changes to the Services in a sentence

  • Disclosure of Information to Third Parties We will only disclose information about you to third parties if:  it is necessary to complete a transaction;  it is necessary to comply with a governmental agency or court order;  you ask us to assist with posting of a payment at a Payee;  it is within the guidelines set forth by our Privacy Policy Changes to the Services and this Agreement We reserve the right to change BillPay and this Agreement, including fees, in our sole discretion and from time to time.

  • The Change Procedures (as set forth in Exhibit B) will be used by the Parties for all Changes to the Services.

  • Unless such non-compliance is caused by a BFA Recipient, Provider shall promptly implement such Changes to the Services as may be necessary to correct such non-compliance at Provider’s sole cost and expense.

  • Changes to the Services or to this Agreement shall not be made through oral agreement or electronic mail messages.

  • If non-compliance is caused by a BFA Recipient, Provider shall promptly implement such Changes to the Services at BFA Recipient’s sole cost and expense, subject to the Parties’ mutual agreement via the Change Procedures.

Related to Changes to the Services

  • Community support services means services authorized,

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Consultancy Services means the Consultancy Services described in Schedule A;

  • Special Services means all forms of services pertaining

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
