Channel Signaling definition

Channel Signaling means the signaling system developed for use between switching systems with stored-program control, in which all of the signaling information for one or more Trunk Groups is transmitted over a dedicated high-speed data link rather than on a per-Trunk basis and, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Common Channel Signaling used by the Parties shall be Signaling System 7 (“SS7”).
