Charge or Charges definition

Charge or Charges means any or all charges payable to Fibrus in respect of the Services as detailed in the Guide to Charges and Fees for Business Customers.
Charge or Charges means all taxes, charges, fees, imposts, levies or other assessments, including all net income, gross income, gross receipts, sales, use, ad valorem, value added, transfer, franchise, profits, inventory, capital stock, license, withholding, payroll, employment, social security, unemployment, excise, severance, stamp, occupation and property taxes, custom duties, fees, assessments, liens, claims and charges of any kind whatsoever, together with any interest and any penalties, additions to tax or additional amounts, imposed by any taxing or other authority, domestic or foreign (including the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation or any environmental agency or superfund), upon the Collateral, Borrower or any of its Affiliates.

Examples of Charge or Charges in a sentence

  • We will within ten (10) business days of us receiving from you complete information and documentation about the disputed Charge or Charges (including information we may require confirming that your dispute relates to a Charge falling within this section), either provide a refund or an explanation for our refusal to do so.

  • You also agree that we may provide information (including if necessary Confidential Information) to relevant authorities for the purposes of attempting to resolve the status of the relevant Charge or Charges.

  • If Tenant’s total payments exceed Landlord’s actual such cost to provide chilled and hot water, Tenant shall offset the excess against Tenant’s Chilled and Hot Water Charge or Charges next due.

  • In the event of the breach by the Employee of any of the provisions of this Section 7, the Company shall be entitled, in addition to all other available rights and remedies, to terminate the Employee’s employment status hereunder and the provision of any benefits and compensation conditioned upon such status.

  • This Deed shall cease to have effect as regards any Creditor when the Security Interest under the Charge or Charges (as the case may be) which have been created in its respective favour is/are finally discharged but shall remain in full force and effect until such time.

  • Any Charges incurred by the Customer are referable to the Price List that was in force at the time that the Charge or Charges were incurred.
