Chargeable Credits definition
Chargeable Credits means with respect to an Account for any given day during a calendar month a positive amount of dollars equal to the sum, if any, of (A) the aggregate dollar amount of Federal Funds credited to such Account by the Bank in accordance with the then applicable availability schedule of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and (B) the aggregate dollar amount of Bank internal transfers of Federal Funds to such Account.
