Chargeback Request definition

Chargeback Request means a claim for Chargeback by the Facility Provider's customer.
Chargeback Request means a request as defined in Section 28 of this Agreement;

Examples of Chargeback Request in a sentence

  • You shall furnish the Chargeback Documents within three (3) calendar days (or such other period specified by the Facility Provider) of receiving notification of the Chargeback Request.

  • You shall be entitled to furnish to Razorpay POS documents and information pertaining to the Transaction associated with the Chargeback Request in order to substantiate (i) the completion of the aforesaid Transaction; and /or; (ii) delivery of goods / services sought by the customer pursuant to the said Transaction.

  • Subject to availability of funds, Razorpay POS upon receipt of a Chargeback Request shall forthwith deduct Chargeback Amount from the Transaction Amounts which may be used, based on the decision of the Facility Provider, either to a) process Chargeback in favour of the customer or b) credit to You.

Related to Chargeback Request

  • Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Discounted Prepayment Determination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).

  • Funding Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).

  • LC Request a request for issuance of a Letter of Credit, to be provided by Borrower Agent to Issuing Bank, in form satisfactory to Agent and Issuing Bank.

  • Work Request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • Bona Fide Request (BFR) means the process described in Attachment 08 – Bona Fide Request (BFR).

  • Demand Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b)(i).

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.

  • Covered Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period or the first Special Payment Date, if such Special Payment Date occurs prior to the date the Class A Invested Amount is paid in full, an amount equal to the sum of (x) with respect to the Class A Certificates, the product of (i) the Class A Certificate Rate, (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days from and including the prior Distribution Date to but excluding the then current Distribution Date and the denominator of which is 360 and, (iii) the Principal Funding Account Balance, if any, as of the preceding Distribution Date that is allocable to the principal of the Class A Certificates and (y) with respect to the Class B Certificates, the product of (i) the Class B Certificate Rate, (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days from and including the prior Distribution Date to but excluding the then current Distribution Date and the denominator of which is 360 and (iii) the Principal Funding Account Balance, if any, as of the preceding Distribution Date that is allocable to the principal of the Class B Certificates.

  • Swingline Loan Notice means a notice of a Swingline Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit J or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • Local Service Request (LSR means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.
