Charges and Billing definition

Charges and Billing. Charges” means the fees, rates and charges for the Services as set out in the applicable Service Order or as otherwise invoiced by Allstream pursuant to the Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing, Charges for each Service Order shall begin to accrue upon the date the Service is provisioned by Allstream.
