charging hours means any period specified in Column 7 of the Schedule in respect of which a charge is specified in Article 4
Charging Year means a year commencing on 1 April;
Charging Period means the charging period applicable to Customer’s Service, as specified on the Service Order (and if not specified, a monthly Charging Period applies).
Charging Energy means the amount of Energy withdrawn from the Utility Distribution Company’s electrical system, Participating Transmission Owner’s electrical system or the CAISO Grid to be stored by the Units of the Project.
Charging Structure means the structure to be used in the establishment of the charging model which is applicable to each Call-Off Agreement, which structure is set out in Framework Schedule 3 (Charging Structure);
Charging party means any person alleging an unfair employment practice under this chapter by filing a complaint with the office of civil rights.
Electric vehicle charging station or “charging station” means any level of electric vehicle supply equipment station that is designed and built in compliance with Article 625 of the California Electrical Code, as it reads on the effective date of this Chapter, and delivers electricity from a source outside an electric vehicle into a plug-in electric vehicle.
recharging point means an interface that is capable of charging one electric vehicle at a time or exchanging a battery of one electric vehicle at a time;
Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.
Anchor location means the physical location from which:
Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.
Approximate original contour means that surface configuration achieved by backfilling and grading of the mined area so that the reclaimed area, including any terracing or access roads, closely resembles the general surface configuration of the land prior to mining and blends into and complements the drainage pattern of the surrounding terrain, with all highwalls and spoil piles eliminated. Water impoundments may be permitted where the board determines that they are in compliance with section 34-33-120 (2)(h).
Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.
Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.
Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.
Limited access area means a building, room, or other contiguous area upon the Licensed Premises where Retail Marijuana is grown, cultivated, stored, weighed, packaged, sold, or processed for sale, under control of the Licensee.
Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.
Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.
Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.
Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;
CAFRA Centers, Cores or Nodes means those areas with boundaries incorporated by reference or revised by the Department in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:7-13.16.
House means any building or part of a building which is occupied as a private dwelling house or which, if unoccupied, is likely to be so occupied and, accordingly, includes a flat;
Carrying Costs With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of amounts payable under Section 2.7(a)(iv)(A)-(C).
Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;
Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.
Marginal farmer means a cultivator with an unirrigated land holding up to one hectare or irrigated land holding up to half hectare;
