Charter Assignments definition
Charter Assignments means any or all of them;
Charter Assignments means, collectively, each of the assignments of the Approved Charters or any Replacement Charters executed or (as the context may require) to be executed by the relevant Borrower in favour of the Security Agent in respect of each of the Ships each in the form set out in schedule 12 and, singly, each a "Charter Assignment";
Charter Assignments means the assignments in respect of a Charter with an initial term or duration in excess of (or capable of exceeding, by virtue of any optional extension) 12 months over each Vessel executed by the relevant Credit Party in favor of the Security Trustee, substantially in the form set out in Exhibit F;

The Borrower undertakes with each Creditor Party to ensure that, throughout the Security Period (and subject only to the provisions of the General Assignments and the Charter Assignments), all the Earnings of each Ship are paid to the Earnings Account for that Ship.
The Borrower shall within 10 Business Days following the Utilisation provide duly executed acknowledgements of the notices of assignment as required by each of the Charter Assignments.
More Definitions of Charter Assignments
Charter Assignments means, collectively, (i) each Philippine Charter Assignment and (ii) each other charter assignments; in each case, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, entered into between the relevant Loan Parties, the relevant Charterer and the Administrative Agent.
