Charter Confirmation definition

Charter Confirmation means the Charter Confirmation issued by Zenith Aviation Limited containing detailed information on the Flight and Flight Schedule; “Charter Price” means the amount to be paid by the Charterer to Zenith Aviation Limited for the services supplied by the Carrier as set out in the Charter Confirmation; “Charterer” means the person, firm or body corporate as defined in the Charter Confirmation; “Flight” means the flight, or as the case may be, each of the flights set out in the Charter Confirmation; “Force Majeure” means an event beyond the control of the Carrier, including but not limited to acts of God, explosions, revolutions, acts of terrorism, hijacking, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, war, national or local emergency, acts of government, lockout, strikes, industrial dispute, crew, handling or air traffic personnel issues, fire, lightening, flooding, adverse weather conditions, embargos, quarantine, requisition of aircraft or baggage, acts or omissions of third parties, lack of serviceability of the Aircraft, of any engine or operation of the Aircraft resulting from other unforeseen events such as supply chain issues or financial market issues, service bulletins, airworthiness directives or accident to the Aircraft or any part of it or the act of any authority;
Charter Confirmation means the charter confirmation attached to these Standard Terms and Conditions and containing details of the Charter;
Charter Confirmation means the schedule of specific terms and conditions of the Flight organized by BIB Aviation;

Examples of Charter Confirmation in a sentence

  • Any additional services shall be specified in the Charter Confirmation.

  • Any notice to be given under the Agreement shall be given by delivering by hand it at or by sending it first class post to the address, or by fax to the fax number of the addressee, or by email shown in the Charter Confirmation.

  • If for any reason whatsoever there shall be any increase in the cost of aviation fuel between the date of the Charter Confirmation and the date of operation of any Flight, then the Charterer shall, if so required by the Carrier, pay to the Carrier on demand such amounts as shall fully compensate the Carrier for such increase.

  • Charter Assignment means a specific assignment of each Extended Employment Contract required to be executed hereunder by any Borrower in favour of the Security Trustee (including any notices and/or acknowledgements and/or undertakings associated therewith) in such form as the Agent and the Majority Lenders may require in their sole discretion;

  • Trade Confirmation means a confirmation to the Custodian from the Company of the Company’s acquisition of a Loan, and setting forth applicable information with respect to such Loan, which confirmation may be in the form of Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof, subject to such changes or additions as may be agreed to by, or in such other form as may be agreed to by, the Custodian and the Company from time to time.

  • Parent Charter means the Certificate of Incorporation of Parent, as from time to time amended.

  • Confirmation test means a drug or alcohol test on a sample to substantiate the results of a prior drug or alcohol test on the same sample and which uses different chemical principles and is of equal or greater accuracy than the prior drug or alcohol test;

  • Confirmation Letter means a letter issued by any applicable Rating Agency to the effect that neither (a) the resignation of Provident as Servicer under the Servicing Agreement and appointment of Litton as successor Servicer thereunder, nor (b) the amendments exxxxxxated by this Agreement, will adversely affect the then current ratings on the Certificates then being rated.
