Charter Debt definition
Charter Debt means any and all debts, liabilities and obligations of Borrower to Charter of every kind and description (whether or not evidenced by any loan agreement, schedule, note or other instrument and whether or not for the payment of money), direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, due or to become due, now existing or hereafter arising, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any liability of Borrower to Charter as a guarantor of the indebtedness or liabilities of others and all interest, fees, charges and expenses payable by Borrower to Charter.
