Charter School school definition

Charter School school means means a school established pursuant to Chapter 5 of Title 14 of the Delaware Code.
Charter School school means a non-home based full time public school that is operated in an approved physical plant under a charter granted by, or transferred to to, the Department with the approval of the State Board for the personal physical attendance of all students or other authorizing body pursuant to 14 Del.C. Ch. 5.
