Chartered Club definition
Chartered Club means and refer to a group of Members of the Association and holders of Tenant Activity Cards who have joined together in the pursuit of a particular recreational, social or leisure activity, have sought and received a charter from the General Manager, and whose charter has not been suspended or revoked by the Association.
