Chartered Vessels definition

Chartered Vessels means the vessels demise chartered by the Administrative Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries from a third party. The Chartered Vessels as of the Closing Date are identified as such on Schedule 1.01(a).
Chartered Vessels means the Vessels referred to in Schedule 2 Part B while the same are subject to an Existing Charter-in;
Chartered Vessels means the vessels (other than Member Vessels) from time to time chartered-in by a company nominated by the Manager (provided it is a company managed by the Manager) in order to perform any Charterparty entered into under this Agreement ;
