Check Meters means the meters connected in parallel to the same core of the current transformers (CTs) and potential transformers (PTs) to which the Main Metering System is connected and which could be used for energy accounting and billing in case of failure of the Main Metering System; ‘COD’ means the Commercial Operation Date of the Project - the date of connection to the utility’s grid and duly certified as commissioned by competent Authority of the State DISCOM/ TRANSCO,
