Check Services the guarantee, authorization, and collection of checks accepted at the point of sale. Corporate Payable: corporate accounts payable, processing and payment, and related data processing.
Check Services means NPC Check Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Check Services. If you elect to receive Check Services, indicate whether you are requesting Check Verification Services, Check Guarantee, Electronic Check Verification Services, or Electronic Check Guarantee Services. If you are requesting Check Services, you must execute a separate agreement with the provider. Debit: If you elect to receive on-line Debit services, you will receive access to the Debit Networks that NPC makes available. On-line Debit requires a terminal, printer and pin pad for processing. Examples of Check Services in a sentence

  • Autobooks may immediately and without notice suspend or terminate provision of the Check Services to User if Autobooks or its TPSP, in their sole discretion, believe provision of such Services would be, or that User is engaged in activity that is, illegal or reasonably likely to cause material liability.

  • Duplication of images of checks deposited using the Check Services.

  • The original paper check will not be deposited through the Check Services more than once.

  • User will not use the Check Services if User engages in the following businesses: internet gambling; pornography or other sexually-oriented business; psychic or horoscope consultation services; outbound telemarketing; credit repair or debt consolidation services; prepaid vacation/timeshare solicitation services; payday loan business; or any other business category or activity designated from time-to-time by Autobooks or its TPSPs to be prohibited.

  • Such hardware must be certified for use with the Check Services in order to be deemed compatible with the Services or otherwise included on Autobooks hardware lists.

  • The terms of this Exhibit B are supplemental to those in the Agreement and along with the terms in the Agreement this Exhibit B governs User’s use of the Check Services.

  • Unless otherwise authorized by Autobooks in writing, User will not use the Check Services if User is located outside of the United States, on behalf of any locations outside of the United States, or on behalf of any subsidiaries located outside of the United States.

  • User may only use the Check Services in connection with invoices generated and sent through the Accounting Services on behalf of User, goods or services sold by User, permissible charitable donations if User is an appropriately registered entity with all licenses and authority to accept charitable donations, or other legal purposes unless otherwise authorized by Autobooks.

  • User represents and warrants to Autobooks that all information provided to Autobooks or its TPSPs in connection with the Agreement, the approval process, the Check Services, or otherwise provided regarding User is in all respects accurate, true, complete, and not misleading.

  • User will execute all written agreements, authorizations, consents, and other documentation, including without limitation agreements with TPSPs or other processing providers or networks requested or required from time-to-time by Autobooks and its TPSPs in connection with provision of the Check Services to User.

Check Services. If you elect to receive Check Services, please indicate which service you are requesting. Check Services means any one or any combination of check verification, check guarantee, electronic check conversion and check collection; provided that Check Services shall not include activities related to the processing of checks through the Federal Reserve System (other than those set forth herein) or the processing of any demand deposit account on which a check is drawn or into which a check is deposited.

Related to Check Services

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • link services means all new services necessary to connect the internal services to the bulk services; and

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Nursing services means the provision of individual-specific advice, plans, or interventions by a nurse at a home based on the nursing process as outlined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Nursing services differ from administrative nursing services.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Counseling services means services provided by qualified social workers, psychologists, guidance counselors, or other qualified personnel.

  • Funeral services means services customarily performed by a mortuary science licensee who is licensed pursuant to article 18 of the occupational code, 1980 PA 299, MCL 339.1801 to 339.1812. Funeral services include, but are not limited to, care of dead human remains, embalming, preparation of dead human remains for final disposition, professional services relating to a funeral or an alternative to a funeral or final disposition of dead human remains, transportation of dead human remains, limousine services, use of facilities or equipment for viewing dead human remains, visitation, memorial services, or services which are used in connection with a funeral or alternative to a funeral, coordinating or conducting funeral rites or ceremonies, cremations, and other services provided in connection with a funeral, alternative to a funeral, or final disposition of dead human remains.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
