Chemours Indemnitees definition
Chemours Indemnitees means each member of the Chemours Group and each of their respective Affiliates from and after the Effective Time and each member of the Chemours Group’s and such respective Affiliates’ respective current, former and future directors, officers, employees and agents and each of the heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing.

Examples of Chemours Indemnitees in a sentence
Subject to Section 5, Chemours hereby fully and forever COVENANTS NOT TO XXX AND NOT TO COMMENCE ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS AGAINST, and agrees to cause each of the other Chemours Indemnitees not to xxx or commence arbitration proceedings against, any of the DuPont Released Parties with respect to any Chemours Settled Claim.
