Chemours Indemnitees means each member of the Chemours Group and each of their respective Affiliates from and after the Effective Time and each member of the Chemours Group’s and such respective Affiliates’ respective current, former and future directors, officers, employees and agents and each of the heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing.

Such required third-party software notices and/or additional or different terms and conditions are set forth on the Order Form or other form of written notification provided by C-Labs and are made a part of the Agreement, but only with respect to the third-party software to which they apply.
Subject to Section 5, Chemours hereby fully and forever COVENANTS NOT TO SUE AND NOT TO COMMENCE ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS AGAINST, and agrees to cause each of the other Chemours Indemnitees not to sue or commence arbitration proceedings against, any of the DuPont Released Parties with respect to any Chemours Settled Claim.
