Chemtura Acquisition definition
Chemtura Acquisition means the Acquisition by PSP of the “Chemtura AgroSolutions” business (including substantially all of the Equity Interests of the entities listed on Schedule A to the Chemtura Acquisition Agreement) pursuant to and in accordance with that certain Stock and Asset Purchase Agreement dated as of April 16, 2014 (as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof), between PSP and Chemtura Corporation.
