Chief Accountant definition

Chief Accountant means the chief accountant of the Business appointed by Party A with the powers and duties as specified in Article 9.1 of this Agreement and as may be specified under the relevant regulations;
Chief Accountant means the highest-ranking accountant in a budgetary or sub-vented agency;
