Chief Executive Official means the Chairperson of the County Board of Commissioners. In the event the Chairperson is unavailable to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Executive Official, the Vice-Chairperson of the County of Board of Commissioners is hereby authorized to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Executive Official during the Chairperson’s period of unavailability. In the event both the Chairperson and the Vice-Chair Person are unavailable to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Executive Official, the County Administrator is hereby authorized to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Executive Official during the Chairperson’s and Vice-Chairperson’s period of unavailability.

Chief Executive Official means the chairperson of the county board of commissioners.
