Chief Negotiator definition

Chief Negotiator means the negotiator appointed by each of the Parties for the treaty negotiations contemplated by the BCTC Process.
Chief Negotiator means a person appointed by a Party as its chief negotiator and includes a person designated by a Chief Negotiator to act in place of the Chief Negotiator for negotiations.
