Chief Operating Officer (COO) definition

Chief Operating Officer (COO) means the occupant of that position at the Department or designated by the Department, responsible for management and oversight of the Department’s railroad operations.
Chief Operating Officer (COO) means the Chief Operating Officer of the Company or any other person designated as such from time to time.
Chief Operating Officer (COO) means a person named in Schedule A who is appointed to manage and facilitate the administrative operations of a Centre.
