Child Caregiver means an individual providing basic childcare service needs for Your minor Children under the age of 18 while You are on Your Trip without the minor Children. Arrangements for having child caregiver services during Your Trip must be made thirty (30) or more days prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.

• Sickness, Injury, or death of Your Child Caregiver, which results in medically imposed restrictions as certified by a Physician at the time of loss preventing You from participating in the Trip.

• Employees other than (12) twelve month employees who are awarded summer work that is available within their job classification, shall receive ten (10) dollars per hour, except Child Caregiver Aides.

• Employees assigned to another classification for the summer, shall be paid ten (10) dollars per hour, except Child Caregiver Aides.
