Child-in-law definition
Child-in-law means the spouse or domestic partner of a child. (3) “Designated person” means a person identified by the employee at the time the employee requests family care and medical leave. An employer may limit an employee to designating only one person per 12-month period for family care and medical leave. (4) “Domestic partner” has the same meaning as defined in Section 297 of the Family Code.
