Chipset Products definition

Chipset Products means one or more integrated circuits marketed and sold by AMD as a separate product, that are manufactured at the [****]nm and any smaller Process Node, and that are designed to mediate the flow of data between the central processing unit and peripheral devices utilizing a PCI, PCIe, universal serial bus (USB), Serial ATA (SATA), low pin count (LPC), Integrated Drive Electronics (IDE), Azalia HD Audio (AZ), Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), Secure Digital Input Output (SDIO) or similar bus.

Examples of Chipset Products in a sentence

  • The pricing for Chipset Products shall be based on competitive market pricing.
