In addition to the regular Landscape Waste collection times, the Contractor shall collect, transport, and dispose of any Christmas tree left curbside by any Customer between January 2 and January 25, at no cost to the Customer.
If a Christmas tree is set out and is not sufficiently clean (e.g., containing ornaments, tinsel, etc.), the Contractor should not collect and should attach an education tag to the tree with specific instructions about why it was not collected and how the Customer can still discard their tree (e.g., remove the contaminants, where it can be taken, etc.).
