Christmas Trees. In addition to the regular Landscape Waste collection times, the Contractor shall collect, transport, and dispose of any Christmas tree left curbside by any Customer between January 2 and January 25, at no cost to the Customer.
Christmas Trees. For fire safety, only non-flammable artificial Christmas trees are permitted in the Premises.

The Contractor shall Collect all Christmas trees properly placed curbside by 413 Residential (including Multiple-Unit Dwelling) Premises on the first two (2) regularly scheduled 414 Collection days after Christmas Day, or such other days as agreed by the County Contract Manager 415 and the Contractor, free of any additional charge to any Customer.

The Franchisee shall, without additional compensation, collect for delivery to the Designated Composting Facility all Christmas trees discarded by any Residential Customer or Commercial Customer on their first two (2) regularly scheduled collection days after New Year's Day, free of any additional charge to the City or such Customer. Franchisee shall be responsible for individual Customer notification and newspaper advertisement prior to the collection program informing residents of the dates of collection. In addition, for the first two (2) weeks for each calendar year, the Franchisee shall provide, without additional compensation, up to two drop boxes or roll off boxes for Christmas trees, of at least 40 cubic yards in size (or smaller if requested by the City Manager), at locations designated by the City Manager. Franchisee shall be responsible for delivering Christmas trees to the Designated Composting Facility without additional compensation.
Christmas Trees. CONTRACTOR shall collect all natural 23 Christmas trees, including flocked Christmas trees, set out by Service Units. Christmas 24 trees shall be collected from the street from SFD Service Units with On-Street Yard 25 Trimmings Collection Service or Subscription Yard Trimmings Collection Service, and 26 from the curb from SFD Service Units with Mandatory Yard Trimmings Cart Collection
Christmas Trees. Contractor shall provide for the disposal of RDU's Christmas Trees during the first two full weeks of each year, commencing on the Thursday after the New Year’s holiday or the observed New Year’s holiday. Residents shall contact Hauler to schedule Christmas Tree Collection. The fee for Christmas Tree Collection will be billed by the Hauler. Hauler is permitted to require pre-payment prior to collection of Christmas trees. The tree will be collected on collection day. Only natural, unpainted trees will be collected. Properly set out tree for each RDU includes: no bags (plastic or compostable) and removal of decorations such as wires, stands, ornaments, and tinsel from the tree. For trees that are 6 ft or taller, residents must cut trees into sections no longer that 4 feet in length. The RDU must set out the tree before 7:00 a.m. on collection day. Hauler shall collect and dispose of trees at a Yard Waste site.
Christmas Trees. Grantee shall collect and dispose of Christmas trees left at curbside by Customers during the three regular pickups following each Christmas day.
