Examples of CI Real Property in a sentence

  • The MEI Assets, together with the MEI Real Property, the leased real property identified in Section 4(k)(ii) of the Disclosure Schedule, the MB Real Property, the CI Real Property and the MEI Trademarks, constitute all assets necessary for the conduct of the Business.

  • There are no judgments, decrees, injunctions or orders of any court or governmental authority against Circle Investments, any CI Real Property or any Seller (which could affect Circle Investments or the Business) that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
