Notwithstanding the foregoing, Borrower Representative shall be permitted to maintain the Collateral Accounts outside CIBC or CIBC USA as expressly contemplated by clause (d) of the defined term “Permitted Investments”.
MUFG means MUFG Bank, Ltd.
CIBC means Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
JPM shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Mizuho means Mizuho Bank, Ltd.
Barclays shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
RBS means The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.
