CIC Severance Plan definition

CIC Severance Plan means the Company’s Change in Control Severance Plan, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto.

CIC Severance Plan means the Qualcomm Incorporated Executive Officer Change in Control Severance Plan, as may be amended from time to time.

CIC Severance Plan means the Company’s Amended and Restated U.S. Executive Change-In-Control Severance Plan adopted on January 21, 2019, and any amendments or restatements of this plan.
