CID Proceeds definition

CID Proceeds means, collectively, the proceeds from CID Bonds for XXX Xxxxxxxx 0 xxx/xx XXX Xxxxxxxx 0, along with the Pay-As-You-Go CID Financing, if any.
CID Proceeds means the $1,500,000 of net bond proceeds available to Developer for payment or reimbursement of CID Costs from the CID Bonds.
CID Proceeds means the proceeds of the CID Sales Tax in the CID Fund used to pay or reimburse Developer for CID Eligible Expenses, as described in Section 4.4(b).

  • Qualified Proceeds means assets that are used or useful in, or Capital Stock of any Person engaged in, a Similar Business; provided that the fair market value of any such assets or Capital Stock shall be determined by the Issuer in good faith.

Net Sales Proceeds shall not include any reserves established by the Company, which shall be determined by the Board in its sole discretion.
