CIF Free Out definition
CIF Free Out means CIF is as defined in the most recent edition of INCOTERMS (2010) as published by the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris, France) and Free Out means that Buyer shall arrange for and bear the expenses of unloading the Parcel form the vessel’s hold at the Port of Discharge.
CIF Free Out or “CIF FO” means CIF as defined in INCOTERMS 2020 as published by the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris, France) and Free Out or FO where Free Out has the meaning that the Purchasers shall be responsible for the arrangements and expenses (including, without limitation, stevedoring expenses) for discharging from the vessel of each Parcel delivered hereunder at the Discharge Port into barges or other vessels or to shore which shall be arranged and paid by the Purchasers “free out”, as such discharging term is commonly referred to in the bulk shipping industry.
CIF Free Out or “CIF FO” means CIF as defined in the most recent edition of INCOTERMS (2010) as published by the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris, France) and Free Out or FO as defined in the US DOT Maritime Administration Glossary of Shipping Terms (May 2008).
Examples of CIF Free Out in a sentence
Pursuant to this Agreement, and except as set forth in the remaining provisions of this Article 3, the Seller shall deliver each Parcel of Concentrates CIF Free Out (CIF FO) to smelter discharge ports in any of China (MCP), Japan (MJP), South Korea (MKP) or Europe (MEP) in the Purchasers’ Agent’s option.
Seller shall deliver the Concentrates CIF Free Out Main European Port or parity in case of delivery to alternative destinations in which case Hamburg, Germany shall be used as the reference port for freight parity determination.
Except as set forth in the remaining provisions of this Article 4, Seller shall deliver each Parcel CIF Free Out Onsan, Republic of Korea (“Discharge Port”).
