CISADA definition

CISADA means the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability and Divestment Act.

• The Company will not (a) become a Blocked Person or (b) have any investments in or engage in any dealings or transactions with any Blocked Person or in the Iranian Energy Sector (as defined in Section 201(1) of CISADA.
