City Officials definition

City Officials means elected officials, employees, and agents of the City.
City Officials means all officials, employees, consultants, agents, and others who work for or with the City at all times while on or in City Property, whether on duty or off duty, and contractors and vendors, and their personnel, when engaged in work for or business with the City.
City Officials means Seller's Mayor, the Chief of Staff, the Director of the Department, Bryan Forkner and Robert Lambert (with respect to operations), Diana Peyton (with respect to human resources matters) and Derrick Cash (with respect to information technology matters).
