Child day center means a child day program offered to (i) two or more children under the age of 13 in a facility that is not the residence of the provider or of any of the children in care or (ii) 13 or more children at any location.
State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.
Contiguous zone means the entire zone established by the United States under Article 24 of the Convention on the Territorial Sea and the Contiguous Zone (37 FR 11906 June 15, 1972).
Adult day care center means any facility that is either operated for profit or that desires licensure
Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.
Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.
Child day care center and "center" means any place in which child day care is provided for thirteen or more children at one time or any place that is not the permanent residence of the licensee or administrator in which child day care is provided for seven to twelve children at one time. In counting children for the purposes of this definition, any children under six years of age who are related to a licensee, administrator or employee and who are on the premises of the center shall be counted.
Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.
Real-time System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.
County office means any officer, department, board, commission, agency, court, or other instrumentality of a county.
AT&T-12STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Arkansas, California, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin.
Anchor location means the physical location from which:
Specific local tax means a tax levied under 1974 PA 198, MCL 207.551 to 207.572, the commercial redevelopment act, 1978 PA 255, MCL 207.651 to 207.668, the technology park development act, 1984 PA 385, MCL 207.701 to 207.718, and 1953 PA 189, MCL 211.181 to 211.182. The initial assessed value or current assessed value of property subject to a specific local tax shall be the quotient of the specific local tax paid divided by the ad valorem millage rate. However, after 1993, the state tax commission shall prescribe the method for calculating the initial assessed value and current assessed value of property for which a specific local tax was paid in lieu of a property tax.
Prospective state contractor means a person, business entity or nonprofit organization that (i) submits a response to a state contract solicitation by the state, a state agency or a quasi-public agency, or a proposal in response to a request for proposals by the state, a state agency or a quasi-public agency, until the contract has been entered into, or (ii) holds a valid prequalification certificate issued by the Commissioner of Administrative Services under section 4a-100. "Prospective state contractor" does not include a municipality or any other political subdivision of the state, including any entities or associations duly created by the municipality or political subdivision exclusively amongst themselves to further any purpose authorized by statute or charter, or an employee in the executive or legislative branch of state government or a quasi-public agency, whether in the classified or unclassified service and full or part-time, and only in such person's capacity as a state or quasi-public agency employee.
AT&T-21STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
City means the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
CAFRA Centers, Cores or Nodes means those areas with boundaries incorporated by reference or revised by the Department in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:7-13.16.
Intersection means (i) the area embraced within the prolongation or connection of the lateral
Appropriate office of the state employment service system means the local office of the federal-state national system or public employment offices with assigned responsibility for serving the area where the employment opening is to be filled, including the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.
Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.
State Forester means the State Forester or the duly authorized representative of the State Forester.
AT&T KANSAS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kansas.
person resident outside India means a person who is not resident in India;
Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.
AT&T KENTUCKY means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kentucky.
