City road definition

City road means any public road, street, or alley under the city’s jurisdiction and includes both the paved and unpaved portions of the right-of-way.
City road shall refer to the road located on the City Property that connects the County Property with NE 28th Street. The City Road provides access to the County Property from NE 28th Street. The City Road will be platted as part of the Plat for the Phase 1A Subdivision.
