Civic Facilities definition

Civic Facilities means any property, facility, structure, building, or portion thereof, owned or controlled (through a lease or occupation agreement) by the City. This includes but is not limited to arenas, conference centres, pools, bridges, trails, parks, playgrounds, sports fields, athletic parks and ball diamonds. Civic Facilities as it pertains to the City of Prince George Naming Rights Policy excludes properties identified in section 3.2;
Civic Facilities means recreation facilities as outlined in Schedule A.
Civic Facilities shall have the meaning provided in Section 26.01(a).

More Definitions of Civic Facilities

Civic Facilities shall include the following improvements: (i) Electrical, steam, gas and telephone mains and lines bringing service from such mains and lines to the Premises (including electrical transformers, network protectors and second telephone port of entry);(1) (iii) Sanitary and storm sewers and lines bringing service from such mains and lines to the Premises;(2) (iv) Fire hydrants and Emergency Response Service ("ERS") conduits and boxes;(2) (v) Street lighting (conduit, cable, poles, fixtures and connections);(2) (vi) Streets;(2) (vii) Curbs;(2) (viii) Temporary concrete sidewalks; (ix) Permanent sidewalks, including cobble strip and paving; (x) Landscaped esplanade, including appurtenances located within the pierhead line of the Project Area ("Esplanade"); (xi) Landscaped park and public open space ("North Cove Link Park"); and (xii) Street trees.
Civic Facilities. As defined in Section 26.01 of the Lease.
Civic Facilities means those portions of the Project Area to be developed with improvements designed for municipal uses and services, including, public open areas, streets, sidewalks, sewers, water lines, hydrants, street lighting, signal boxes, other utilities and similar uses, substantially as provided in the Preliminary Plan.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Electric Facility means a Generator or an electric transmission facility.

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Debt Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time (and whether or not with the original administrative agent, lenders or trustee or another administrative agent or agents, other lenders or trustee and whether provided under the original Credit Agreement or any other credit or other agreement or indenture).

  • Limited common areas and facilities means those common areas and facilities

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Exit Facilities means, collectively, the Exit ABL Facility and the Exit Term Loan Facility.
