In the Recreation Department and in the Civic Facilities Division of the Department of Administration, the basic work day shall be eight (8) consecutive working hours, exclusive of any lunch period, and the basic work week shall be five (5) working days within a seven (7) day period, Sunday through Saturday.

Subject to Unavoidable Delays, Tenant shall commence and diligently complete on or before the first anniversary of Substantial Completion, in accordance with the Construction Documents and the specifications (which shall be consistent with the Design Guidelines) supplied by Landlord, the construction or installation of Tenant’s Civic Facilities, in a good and workmanlike manner and in compliance with normal construction rules of the City of New York and all other Requirements.
Notwithstanding such transfer, the Civic Facilities Payment shall, at all times, constitute Rental hereunder.
