Civic House definition

Civic House means the collective group of stakeholders of the Museum. Stakeholders mean those people or groups that have a special interest in the Museum greater than that of an ordinary member of the public. Civic House Electoral College means the body that represents the Civic House. Tikanga groups mean the groups of Joint Council members appointed by each House.
