Civic Plaza definition

Civic Plaza has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a)(i)(C).

  • Should Buyer desire to use any Seller property, the use must be coordinated with Seller and anchor institutions adjacent to the area, (e.g., ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Arts Center, TheatreSquared, etc.) and any other group selected by the Seller to represent its interests in creating a lively and attractive park and Civic Plaza.

  • CONTRACTOR agrees to exercise special skill to accomplish the following results: design of the security electronics, systems, data and telecommunications infrastructure, and radio antenna infrastructure systems for the Watsonville Court Project which is part of the Watsonville Civic Plaza Project at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.

  • As required by the grant agreement, data will be collected to demonstrate the reduction of vehicular trips and vehicle pollutant emissions that will result from the relocation and consolidation of four courts in downtown Watsonville as part of the Watsonville Civic Plaza Project.

  • Notwithstanding the above, the City must have access to the Civic Plaza Stormwater Utility in conformance with the grant and maintenance specified in Section 2 above.
