Civil Plans definition

Civil Plans means the civil engineering design and work as prepared by Barge ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Associates, dated July 31, 2009, which have been approved by the Planning Commission and approved by both Landlord and Tenant with such further modifications as Landlord and Tenant may both approve.
Civil Plans. STC will prepare final civil final plans for Alternative Scope A (if selected), the signalized intersection alternative. Plans and profiles will be prepared for approximately 1,500 feet of proposed roadway improvements on Centre City Parkway from 300’ south of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road to the intersection of S. Escondido Boulevard including medians, curb returns, turn pockets, pedestrian crossings and limited roadway widening to accommodate a new interconnected signalized intersection at CCP & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road. New pavement sections will match existing unless otherwise directed by the City, no geotechnical or R-value testing is proposed. The civil plans will be prepared at 1”=40’ scale and will include title sheets, general notes, typical street sections and civil construction details.

Plans and profiles will be prepared for approximately 1,500 feet of proposed roadway improvements on Centre City Parkway from 300’ south of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road to the intersection of S. Escondido Boulevard including median islands, curb returns, turn pockets, pedestrian crossings, intersection approaches and limited roadway widening to accommodate a new urban double lane roundabout with an inscribed diameter of 180 feet at the intersection of CCP and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road. New pavement sections will match existing unless otherwise directed by the City, no geotechnical or R-value testing is proposed. The civil plans will be prepared at 1”=40’ scale and will include title sheets, general notes, typical street sections and civil construction details.

Examples of Civil Plans in a sentence

  • Construct junction boxes, storm sewer manholes, and concrete headwall at location and to depth indicated on drawings and in accordance with details shown on Civil Plans.

  • The cost of obtaining any ROW not identified on the Geometry and Civil Plans associated with a Value Engineering Change Proposal (VECP) will be included in calculating the Contract Price adjustment discussed in Section 15.2.

  • If the District at any time determines it will be unable to provide access to a particular parcel identified by the District in the Geometry and Civil Plans, the District shall notify the DB Contractor regarding the revised projected date for delivery of access.

  • After Developer, Continuum and all governmental authorities agree on a final site plan, Developer will revise the Civil Plans to create a final fully engineered site plan showing the revisions agreed upon between the governmental authorities and Continuum.

  • If the governmental authorities require revisions to the Civil Plans, then Developer will discuss them with Continuum.

  • After the issuance of all permits, certifications and approvals required for the Civil/Earth Work, District, by and through itself and its contractor(s), will complete the Civil/Earth Work in accordance with the Civil Plans, and will complete the Civil/Earth Work and any Additional Civil/Earth Work in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with accepted construction practices, the County Public Works Department Standard Plans and the Caltrans Standard Specifications (2015).

  • Preliminary Design Drawings List, but is not limited to, the following: General Cover Sheet Key Map, Drawing Index, Abbreviations and Symbols Project Notes Site Plan (x3) Demolition Plan (x3) Civil Plans (x3) Grading Plan (x3) Details General Notes and Details Foundation Plan, and Sections Power Supply Details Single Line Diagrams Control System Architecture Details Instrumentation and Controls P&IDs • Ten (10) hard copies of the Draft PDR.

  • Cover Sheet – title, sheet index, vicinity map, location maps, notes, brief description of contractor’s scope of work, horizontal and vertical control, graphical scale, other information; • Civil Plans – grading, drainage, utilities plans & profiles, lighting, equipment and convenience power, pavement, walks, stairs, rails, details; • Coordinate power, ACS, architectural, landscape, and irrigation plans and details; • Amenities plans and details; and • Other specialties.

  • Upon dedication, Developer shall grant to the City, at no cost, a permanent utility easement on the Property centered on the alignment of the utility facilities as installed in substantially the form attached as Exhibit B and as depicted on the Civil Plans.
