Civilly Liable definition

Civilly Liable means when a court of competent jurisdiction enters final judgment against a person in a civil action.
Civilly Liable means a person is “civilly liable” for the purposes of this Act when a court of competent jurisdiction enters final judgment against him or her in a civil action.

  • Sexually violent offense means an offense for which a conviction has been entered for any of the following indictable offenses:

  • Drug-related criminal activity means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 or the Controlled Substance Act [21 U.S.C. 802]).
