Examples of Claim Against You in a sentence

  • The above defense and indemnification obligations do not apply to the extent a Claim Against You arises from Content, a ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Application or Your breach of this Agreement.

  • If a court orders You to cease using part or all of the ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Services in connection with a Claim Against You, We shall take the actions described in subpart (i) or (ii) of the preceding sentence, or if We cannot accomplish (i) or (ii) in a commercially reasonable manner, We shall take the actions described in subpart (iii) of the preceding sentence, all at no cost to You.

  • The above indemnification obligations do not apply if the allegation does not state with specificity that our Software is the basis of the Claim Against You, or if such claim arises from your use of the Software in violation of this Agreement, the Documentation, applicable Addendums or applicable laws.

  • We shall have no obligation to indemnify You to the extent any Claim Against You arises from Indexed Content, a Third-Party Social Platform, Your breach of the terms of this Agreement or actions of a third party hosting provider.

Related to Claim Against You

  • Exhaust emissions means the emission of gaseous, solid and liquid compounds from the tailpipe.

  • Attack directed against any civilian population means a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred to in paragraph 1 against any civilian population, pursuant to or in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit such attack;

  • Environmental Claims means any and all administrative, regulatory or judicial actions, suits, demands, demand letters, claims, liens, notices of noncompliance or violation, investigations or proceedings relating in any way to any Environmental Law.

  • Lawsuit means any lawsuit, arbitration or other dispute resolution filed by either party herein pertaining to any of this Warrant, the Facility Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Environmental Proceedings means any judicial or administrative proceedings arising from or in any way associated with any Environmental Requirement.
