Claim Assessment definition

Claim Assessment has the meaning given in clause 10.4.
Claim Assessment means an assessment made by the Scheme Coordinator under the Protocol in respect of a claim for a Processing Refund made by the MRF Operator under clause 6; Commencement Date means the date specified in Item 2;
Claim Assessment means the assessment of a potential Litigation Claim or Claim carried out by Us based on the information provided, any documents or other information supplied by You, in order to determine the likely prospects of a Litigation Claim or Claim being successful.

Examples of Claim Assessment in a sentence

  • The Service Provider shall regularly (and in any event no less than once per week following the date of the Initial Claim Assessment) report in writing to TfL in respect of developments in respect of each Claim.

  • Phase I assessment as described in, and meeting the criteria of, (i) Chapter 5 of the FNMA Multifamily Guide or any successor provisions covering the same subject matter in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is multifamily property or (ii) the American Society for Testing and Materials in the case of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is not multifamily property.

  • Risk assessment means a programme to determine any risk associated with any hazard at a construction site , in order to identify the steps needed to be taken to remove, reduce or control such hazard;

  • Environmental Report The environmental audit report or reports with respect to each Mortgaged Property delivered to the related Mortgage Loan Seller in connection with the origination or acquisition of the related Mortgage Loan.

  • Environmental Complaint shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(d) hereof.
