Claim Report means your written communication received at our offices that notifies us of:

Claim Report means any written report received by the Company, Hawk-Eye or any Subsidiary from the respective insurance company or from the Company’s insurance agent or third-party administrator with respect to any claim or occurrence subject to coverage under the Company Insurance/Self-Insurance Program.

  • General Provisions Monthly Claim Report - While long-term care benefits are being paid, you will receive a monthly report showing the amount of the long-term care benefit paid and any resulting impact on the policy.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report, dated June 12, 2009, prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associated Ltd. and submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Interim Report means a report identifying the contributions received and

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.
