Claims Fluctuation Reserve definition

Claims Fluctuation Reserve means a reserve held as part of a Separate Account, with respect to a Plan, to offset future adverse claims fluctuations;
Claims Fluctuation Reserve or ("CFR") means a reserve held as part of a Separate Account, with respect to a Plan, to offset future adverse claims fluctuations;
Claims Fluctuation Reserve means actuarially determined reserve funds maintained by the Insurance Pool to adequately cover anticipated losses.

  • All school board reserves for Incurred But Not Reported (“IBNR”) claims and Claims Fluctuation Reserve (“CFR”) shall remain with the existing carriers until those reserves are released by the carriers based on the terms of existing contracts.
