Clarified Water definition

Clarified Water means untreated water purchased by Clark R&M from the Lower Neches Valley Authority and meeting the specifications therefor set forth in the Turnkey Specifications and under the heading "Clarified Water" on the chart in 4 below.
Clarified Water has the meaning given to such term in Attachment A-1.

Examples of Clarified Water in a sentence

  • Coker Complex The Coker Company shall pay Clark R&M for the supply of each type of water described above to the Coker Complex each month according to the following formula: Boiler Feedwater Cost + Filtered Water Cost + Clarified Water Cost + Demineralized Water Cost - Condensate Payment.

  • To the extent that CLI fails to purchase on a monthly average basis at least 25% of the maximum quantity of Clarified Water used in providing the Specified Services for eighteen (18) consecutive Months, and as a result the City of Houston, Texas reduces the Raw Water delivered to LCC or its Affiliate, then LCC may decrease the maximum quantity of Clarified Water used in providing the Specified Services to the average monthly average consumption by CLI during the last 18 month period.

  • CLI shall timely pay all Taxes (and reimburse LCC for all Taxes it pays) incurred by LCC in providing Clarified Water, Demineralized Water, Boiler Feed Water, Fire Water, Sulfuric Acid, and those Services described on Attachments A-9 through A-10 (if any) and any Taxes (whether deemed to be owed by CLI or LCC) in providing Raw Water as contemplated hereby.

  • The Parties acknowledge, understand and agree that notwithstanding anything to the contrary set out in this Agreement, if a Clarified Water System Acquisition or Clarified Water System Upgrade occurs and Innophos fails to pay any undisputed Fees allocated in accordance with this Section 1.08 related to the clarified water system following such event, PCS shall no longer have any obligation to provide clarified water hereunder.
